Moat Deck Waterproofing - Minneapolis City Hall - Minneapolis, MN
Dealing with water leakage into critical areas below the moat at Minneapolis City Hall, and the historical significance of the building, a non-destructive solution was created and accepted by the Historical Society. The moat was reroofed and copper flashing was installed at the wall base into a reglet cut into the stones mortar joint.
