Some projects have focused on the preservation of a landmark, others on the restoration of structure. Each project embraces an exploration that responds to the community and to the space.

Reroofing - Anoka County Library Administrative Offices With critical areas such as book storage, recirculation, and office space, when leaks developed at the Administrative Offices for the Anoka County Libraries, it was pertinent that the roof was redone correctly.


Moat Deck Waterproofing - Minneapolis City Hall - Minneapolis, MN

Moat Deck Waterproofing - Minneapolis City Hall Dealing with water leakage into critical areas below the moat at Minneapolis City Hall, and the historical significance of the building, a non-destructive solution was created and accepted by the Historical Society. The moat was reroofed and copper flashing was installed at the wall base into a reglet cut into the stones mortar joint.


Offner Sculpture - Nicollet Mall - Minneapolis, MN

Offner Sculpture - Nicollet Mall Working with renowned sculptor and artist Elliot Offner, the fountain and base were created for the Blue Herron sculpture on the Nicollet Mall.

The Clark - Art and Conservation Center at Stone Hill Widely known for intensive plan reviews prior to bidding and construction, the Judd Allen Group was hired to review the construction documents for the addition to The Clark Institute in Williamstown, Massachusetts. Reviewing everything from the exterior envelope to code issues, many problems and expensive change orders can be eliminated.
