Exterior Rehabilitation - Wilder Square Cooperative - St. Paul, MN
Wilder Square, Inc. is a 163 unit cooperative family housing community for low to moderate income adults and families. With the buildings falling into disrepair, the entire exterior shell was redone, including the roof, window, stucco repair, mold abatement, and insulation upgrades. Since this is a residence the work had to be completed while occupied.
Parking Deck Rehabilitation - Summit House - Minneapolis, MN
Working as a consultant to the structural firm Meyer, Borgman and Johnson, the entire parking deck above the garage at Summit House was removed and rebuilt to be more structurally sound and water tight, maintaining the original look and feel of the original construction. Access to the building and remaining parking was also maintained during the entire project.
Pool Area Refinishing - the Glen Condominiums - Minneapolis, MN
After suffering through years of water issues and the more recent discovery of mold in the pool area, locker rooms, weight room, and saunas, the board at the Glen Condominiums took action. A complete renovation and restoration of the area was completed, including the discovery and waterproofing of the patio deck above.
Exterior Rehabilitation - Torre De San Miguel - St. Paul, MN
Torre De San Miguel, located near downtown Saint Paul, is a family housing community made up of multiple buildings. Because of the constant maintenance required to the exterior of the buildings, the entire envelope was redone, while the units were occupied.
