Administration Building 2 - Flint Hills After dealing with water intrusion and the discovery of mold, an exploratory investigation and resolution was created by teaming up with IEA (Institute for Environmental Assessment). The base of the exterior wall on the effected elevation was disassembled and made watertight, as well as the removal and replacement of the windows.


Room and Board - San Francisco, CA

Room and Board - San Francisco Judd Allen Group, in conjunction with a Structural Engineering firm from San Francisco, conducted a building survey of the existing conditions of a 50 year old warehouse building in San Francisco, which Room and Board was considering purchasing for a retail location. The survey included a cost estimate to remove an entire mezzanine that was added at a later date, and to expose the original full height clerestory space.

Manufacturing Facility - SurModics As the manufacture of complicated biological equipment, SurModics found themselves in need of a creative and non-intrusive solution to the ever-worsening problem of a leaking curtainwall façade. Exploratory demolition was preformed to develop a comprehensive plan to correct the problem, while maintaining the usability of the building.

Vanity Shops - Rosedale Shopping Center With the recent acquisition of a vacated space in the Rosedale Shopping Center, Vanity Shops looked for a local Architect that could fulfill their needs. The requirements were to update the look and use of the space, and to also complete the task quickly, allowing for a prompt opening.
